Wasl Attendance is the mobile attendance app of the Hily Holding Employee Portal (powered by Wasl EP). It lets authorized employees punch in and out, confirm identity with a fingerprint or face, and view their attendance calendar and reports.

Getting started
Sign in with the work email and password issued by your HR department at the Hily Holding Employee Portal. Accounts are created by your employer — the app does not offer self-registration. If you don't have credentials yet, contact HR.

Frequently asked questions
I can't sign in. Check that you are using your company email and current password. Use "Forgot Password?" on the portal, or ask HR to reset it.
Punch in / out isn't working. The app needs location permission to record where you punched. Enable location for Wasl Attendance in your device settings and ensure GPS is on.
I punched more than once. Daily Attendance keeps the first accepted punch-in and updates Last Punch Out to the latest accepted punch-out. Refresh the daily report, then contact HR/IT if those two values do not match the accepted actions.
Fingerprint / Face ID prompt. Biometric confirmation is optional and handled by your device. You can enable or disable it in your device's security settings.
My name or photo is wrong. Profile details come from your employer's HR records. Ask HR to update them.
