· Punch times are recorded by the official server clock in UAE time — the time set on the phone does not affect the recorded punch.
· App version 1.0.2 is in store review for iOS and Android: Face ID / Touch ID punch confirmation on iPhone, and the app accepts a changed portal password immediately. Until it reaches your phone, sign out and back in after changing your password.
· The Employee Portal added My Requests, My Assets, a Monthly Attendance Summary, and background report exports with live progress.
Wasl Attendance is the mobile attendance app of the Hily Holding Employee Portal (powered by Wasl EP). It lets authorized employees punch in and out, confirm identity with a fingerprint or face, and view their attendance calendar and reports.

Getting started
Sign in with the work email and password issued by your HR department at the Hily Holding Employee Portal. Accounts are created by your employer — the app does not offer self-registration. If you don't have credentials yet, contact HR.

Frequently asked questions
I can't sign in. Check that you are using your company email and current password. Use "Forgot Password?" on the portal, or ask HR to reset it.
Punch in / out isn't working. The app needs location permission to record where you punched. Enable location for Wasl Attendance in your device settings and ensure GPS is on.
I punched more than once. Daily Attendance keeps the first accepted punch-in and updates Last Punch Out to the latest accepted punch-out. Refresh the daily report, then contact HR/IT if those two values do not match the accepted actions.
Fingerprint / Face ID prompt. Biometric confirmation is optional and handled by your device. You can enable or disable it in your device's security settings. On iPhone, Face ID punch confirmation works from app version 1.0.2.
I changed my portal password and the app rejects it. From version 1.0.2 the app accepts the new password immediately. On an older version, sign out of the app and sign back in with the new password.
The recorded time doesn't match my phone clock. Punch times are stamped by the official server clock in UAE time. If your phone shows a different time zone or time, the server time is the correct one.
I can't find Wasl in App Store search. The iOS app is distributed as an unlisted App Store app for Hily Holding employees, so it never appears in search or charts. Install it with the official direct link above.
My name or photo is wrong. Profile details come from your employer's HR records. Ask HR to update them.
