Getting started

Wasl EP is the official employee portal for Hily Holding PJSC. It gives every team one secure place for attendance, leave, approvals, documents, and announcements.

Get your credentials

Your HR or IT representative creates your account and shares your company email and a first-time password.

Open the portal

Go to the official sign-in page and select your company. Always check the address is ep.hilyholding.com.

Sign in & secure it

Enter your credentials, set up two-factor verification, and you’re ready to use Wasl EP on web and mobile.

Signing in

Sign in only on the official Wasl EP screen. Your password is never entered on this portal or shared by email.

  • Open ep.hilyholding.com and choose your company.
  • Enter your authorized company email and password.
  • Approve the two-factor verification prompt.
  • Forgot your password? Use Forgot Password to reset it securely.

Authorized access only. If a page ever asks for your password somewhere other than ep.hilyholding.com, stop and contact IT.

Wasl Attendance mobile app

Use only official install routes. Google Play is preferred on Android; the direct APK is a fallback. iPhone employees install from the App Store using the official direct link — the app is unlisted, so it does not appear in App Store search.

Android

Install Wasl Attendance from Google Play, or use the official EP APK page only when Google Play is unavailable.

iPhone

Use the official App Store direct link below. iOS 1.0.1 is live; version 1.0.2 (Face ID punch confirmation, instant new-password acceptance) is in Apple review and installs automatically once approved.

First in / last out

After repeated punch tests, Daily Attendance keeps the first accepted punch-in and updates to the latest accepted punch-out.

Location and privacy

Allow location while using the app and test at the assigned workplace. Never share a password or unredacted attendance screenshot.

Where do I sign in?
Always at ep.hilyholding.com. The Login page here links you straight there — your password is only ever entered on that official screen.
I forgot my password — what now?
Use the Forgot Password link on the sign-in screen to reset it securely. If you’re locked out, contact your HR or IT representative.
Which companies use Wasl EP?
All Hily Holding group companies, including Abu Dhabi National Catering, Foodco, Oasis, Dana Plaza Real Estate, and 5PL Logistics.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. Install Wasl Attendance only from Google Play, the official EP APK page, or the official App Store direct link. The app records location-validated attendance at the assigned workplace, and punch times are stamped by the official server clock (UAE time).
Why can’t I find Wasl in App Store search?
The iOS app is distributed as an unlisted App Store app for Hily Holding employees. Unlisted apps deliberately do not appear in search or charts — always use the official direct link from this site or the EP portal.
