Use this guide to understand how Hily Holding employees, HR, IT, and department teams use Wasl EP — the group's employee portal.
Getting Started
Wasl EP is the official employee portal for Hily Holding. Employees, managers, HR, IT, and department teams use it every day to sign in, review documentation, and follow approved onboarding steps.
Who uses Wasl EP
- Employees — attendance, leave, payslips, documents, and announcements.
- Managers — team attendance and request approvals.
- HR — employees, leave policies, announcements, and reports.
- IT / Admins — setup, roles, security, and integrations.
How to sign in
- Open this portal and select Login to Wasl EP.
- You are taken to the secure sign-in at your organisation's address (e.g., ep.hilyholding.com).
- Enter your authorized company credentials.
First-time setup
- You receive a welcome email. Open it and select Set up your account.
- Choose a strong password and confirm the two-factor (2FA) code sent to your email.
- After your first sign-in you arrive at your Home screen.
Wasl EP Access
Wasl EP is the single employee portal for the group. Access is granted by HR and IT and is limited to authorized employees.
Roles and what they can do
- Employee — self-service: attendance, leave, overtime, profile, documents.
- Manager — team attendance and approvals for their department(s).
- HR — employee lifecycle, leave policy, announcements, reporting.
- Admin / Owner — configuration, roles, audit, and security.
- Reception — shared-device check-in support, where enabled.
Web and mobile
The web portal and the Wasl Attendance mobile app share the same database and the same login. Your role determines what you can see and do on both.

Department Onboarding
Guidance for departments and teams preparing to use the portal. Onboarding is coordinated by HR with support from IT.
Preparing your department
- Confirm your people list with HR — names, company emails, job titles, and reporting lines.
- HR creates accounts (individually or by bulk import) and assigns each person a manager, default shift, and work mode (office, remote, hybrid, or site-based).
- Department managers confirm their team scope so they can see the right people and approvals.
- Employees receive welcome emails and complete first-time setup.
First-week checklist for teams
- Everyone has signed in and set up 2FA.
- Profiles, documents, and bank details are completed (sensitive fields go through HR review).
- The Wasl Attendance app is installed where needed.
- Managers know where to find team attendance and the approvals queue.
Security & Credentials
Access is restricted to authorized employees and protected at every step.
- Authorized access only — accounts are created and managed by HR and IT.
- Two-factor authentication protects every sign-in.
- Role-based access — you only see the data your role allows.
- Audit log — significant actions are permanently recorded.
- Encrypted in transit — all data moves over secure connections.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your credentials private and never share them.
